have developed a training course in Managing Creativity which they have taught a number of
times at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the University of Oklahoma. They have also
delivered the course to industry in short courses and seminars.
The Managing Creativity course was offered twice each spring through the University of Oklahoma, once as a regular semester, 3 credit-hour class, and once in May as a 2-week intensive, 3 credit-hour class. It has also been delivered to businesses or organizations in a short course or seminar format. |

Many management training programs focus on a narrow, quick fix,
solution to management problems. Unfortunately, these solutions usually fail, or
have major adverse side effects. Managing Creativity focuses

Elements of the course can also be taught individually, but Managing Creativity is designed to teach an integrated set of skills for leading and participating in productive, creative teams.
